This morning I took the boys to the pediatrician. Zak has been waking throughout the night and very cranky so we wanted to get his ears checked. Ryder has had a lump behind his ear for a few weeks so we also wanted to get that checked out. Here they are on the exam table waiting for the pediatrician...

Zak has no ear infections, but a virus and looks like 2 year molars trying to come in. Ryder has a swollen lymph node that might need to be looked at by an ENT if it doesn't go away in a week or so.

At the end of Ryder's therapy session today they worked with stickers. The therapist was working on fine motor things and stickers are a great way to do this. Ryder was covered in stickers while Zak only had a few. In the second picture Zak was upset because I had just told them it was time for a nap!

Every time Ben goes away for work he comes home with shampoo, soap, lotion, and other various bathroom stuff from the hotels. This time he also brought home the shower caps for the boys. They tried them out in the tub tonight....

Today the boys had a blast pulling out a bunch of shoes and playing with them. Ben would kill me if he knew I put this picture on the blog because he is mad I even took it! Ryder was just having fun...

This morning the boys went to sit on the potty chairs in the bathroom with Ben and then the next thing I heard was the bathtub filling with water. A few minutes later Ben called me upstairs to show me something and of course I grabbed the camera. I was worried what I would find when I got to the bathroom, but it was pretty funny....

Notice anything odd about Ryder in the shower/bath? Ben forgot to take his socks off before putting him in the tub!

Today we took the boys to the Annapolis mall to play with Jamison & Josephine. They had fun running around and playing. Here is a cute picture I snapped of Ryder with Jamison & Josephine...

VZ has started to settle in a little more. She actually ate some food this morning and is getting off the table while we have the gate up so the dogs can't come near here. And the biggest sign that she is getting a little more comfortable...

After we picked up Ryder from Rich & Laura's house we went to Chevy's for lunch and Zak enjoyed feeding Ryder...

This morning I let the boys pick their own clothes. Of course Zak took the lead and Ryder just put on whatever Zak handed to him. Much to my dislike Zak picked the exact same outfit for both of them, but then he got creative with the socks....

I had grabbed white socks and Zak was very mad. So I picked him up and let him pick socks out of the drawer. As I was putting the red socks on Zak he got mad when I tried to put the second one on so I stopped and asked what he wanted...he picked up the black socks, pulled them apart and started to put 1 on his foot.

I wanted to add another picture today just to document how often it snows this winter. So far this is our third snow....

Most parents teach kids not to play with plastic bags (which we do teach them), but Zak still loves to pile them up and jump on top of them. He was getting tired when I took this pictures.

Going to Try Again

Last year started to participate in Project 365, but didn't even make it 2 months! I am going to try once again this year, but will do it a bit differently. I have made this separate blog just for my daily pictures for Project 365. Also, I have decided that not every picture has to be about the boys. We all know since getting my new camera I have no issue taking pictures each and everyday (Ben would like to add in I have taken over 1200 pictures using my new camera and that is only since Black Friday!), but some days the pictures are of things other than the boys...can you believe that?!

In the next few days (hopefully tomorrow) I plan to go back through my pictures so far this year and get pictures posted for the first few days of 2010....
